Include with your application a list of all courses that will be provided to students. A mold course approval application should be submitted for each course. See the Mold Training Course Approval page for comprehensive information on how to send coursework for department approval.
Send a composed refund and cancellation policy to the department along with your application. The policy needs to be offered in all languages in which training is used. This refund and cancellation policy should be supplied to students prior to any charges are paid to the training provider.

TDLR has a contract with DSHS for DSHS to continue to perform mold remediation evaluations. DSHS inspectors will have access to the notices, changes, and cancellations filed through the Mold Remediation Notification System. DSHS inspectors will check licensing requirements, record-keeping, and compliance with the protocol and workplan. They will also ensure correct office practices remain in place. DSHS inspectors will explain any violations that are kept in mind, what restorative actions to take, and offer you an opportunity to ask concerns.
Include with your application a copy of your prepare for maintaining and enhancing the quality of the training. This plan should consist of, at a minimum, treatments for regular revisions of training materials and tests in addition to for the training supervisor's yearly review of instructor competency.
